Based on authentic tastes and unique blend of Mediterranean and continental cuisine, the ethnic style restaurant represents the unity in diversity of Montenegro in one place. It is a national restaurant where dishes are made exclusively out of local Montenegrin food – mostly organic and with the “Monteorganica” certificate.

The restaurant offers some of traditional Montenegrin dishes: various homemade cheeses and hams, marinated and smoked carp, trout and bleak, polenta, cicvara (gruel), Rastan cabbage with kastradina (a dried mutton meat), japraci, roasted lamb, lamb cooked in milk, roast veal, Grbaljski bokun, njeguski steak, Podgorica popeci …

This is an authentic traditional restaurant where our guests, coming from the entire region and Europe, can enjoy meals prepared in the same way our mothers and grandmothers use to prepare it. We prefer a healthier preparation method for cooking and that is why we are substituting honey for sugar and using chicory as a traditional Montenegrin substitute for coffee, known as the divka. Also, we exclusively use spices from Montenegro.
