Tefik Radovic – Delicious Food Of Montenegro

The olive grove of Tefik Radovic is situated in Pecurice, a small village near Bar. Radovic’s olive roots have been tended over the centuries by his ancestors, and Pecurice itself has a long and rich olive-growing history. Today, the Radovic grove covers some 8000 square metres and comprises some 145 roots. The refinery produces high quality extra virgin olive oil, which visitors are invited to sample. Citizens of Bar are proud of their olive groves and consider them a part of their tradition. They are known to passionately speak about them and are likely to suggest you visit them. If there is a harvest, as good hosts, they will also suggest that you join them in their olive pick. Later on, you could have it processed in nearby mills and leave with quality, extra-virginal olive oil. There is no other place on the Adriatic coast having an olive grove with more than seventyfive thousand trees of that blessed plant, like in Bar.
